Pacific National service 4621 operates from Morandoo to Grafton. It typically leaves Morandoo with 20-30 cement pots making stops at Wauchope, Boambee Beach, and Grafton. The train also transports empty sugar hoppers for loading at Grafton.
4621 departs Morandoo at roughly 0400 and arrives in Grafton not long before sunset.
The cement is manufactured at the Berrima cement works, and is transported to Clyde on 2134/2136, to Morandoo on 1423 and finally on 4621 to the North Coast.

In 2019 4621 was operating 3 times a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ex Morandoo, returning the following day. However, due to the completion of significant cement intensive projects on the North Coast, in 2020 the train is only operating on Saturday ex Morandoo.
The opposing train 6422 runs direct from Grafton to Morandoo, conveying the empty cement pots and loaded sugar hoppers. It will occasionally also haul treated power poles from Grafton. Presently due to 6422 only running once per week, the sugar and power poles traffic is regularly hauled on BW4.
6422 follows the Grafton to Sydney XPT service, generally leaving Grafton after 0500 and arriving at Morandoo at 1500 depending on opposing traffic.
Pacific National have a 48 class based a Grafton to perform shunting duties. Every couple of months the shunter returns south for servicing.
In 2020 the train is hauled by a combination of 81 & 82 class. With each service having two locomotives.
